Sanlam pathetic customer service
I have had a heart attack on the 26th Oct 2020 and have since tried to get hold of sanlam to help me submit my claim however they just message me saying that someone will get back to me but nobody ever does. This is very pathetic customer service especially when the person is in serious need of help. The doctors have said that I need serious treatment as soon as possible however because of work and commitments I don't have sufficient funds for the treatment. I am hoping someone helps me to solve this matter
