Sanlam _ OTP number change and Profile Issues

Good day, We have 2 Sanlam Tax-Free investments with Sanlam. One on my name and one on my husband's name. We downloaded the app to keep track of the investments, but seems like there's a problem with the one investment account as we can't seem to login into the account. We recently changed the number and email on record and or we ask it to be done, but seems like Sanlam can't get it right to change it on all sides including their OTP side where the OTPs get send to. This is an ongoing battle for 3 months now. Can someone please sort this out and get someone to contact us pls. Regards
