Sanlam options not working

Sanlam indicated that my retirement gratuity fund is a pension fund which should actually be a provident fund. I tried several times to phone them, where I was on the line for very long, then I tried the whatsapp option supp**** by them and after answering several questions, I was informed that service is not available at the moment. I then tried to call them again and again got the option to use the whatsapp number which is not available.
