Sanlam not tending to my Retirement Annuity transfer request
I have requested to move my RA (Retirement Annuity) to another provider months ago. Sanlam keeps dragging the process out with their utterly disappointing service and response time, and in the meantime, they impose their high service fees while holding my RA hostage during this process.
