Sanlam not reachable, robot consultants answer 😳

Not reachable , robot conultants very bad. I made a TFSA for my son for 18 years how ever it's been 8 years now so i wanted to see the account, I can't reach sanlam on whatsapp it says ID number does not exist. I wish I checked reviews before subscribing to sanlam verry unprofessional
