Sanlam not paying pension out as promised

I worked at a company called DataDot in George and I had to resign because of bad management which made working there just impossible. I had a pension fund via the company with Sanlam and I have been trying to get them to pay it out as they promised for the last 6 weeks now. No luck, they say they will call me back but they just don't. Sanlam has the worst and most horrible client service in the world and just more lies when you want your money back that you have worked for soooo freakin hard.
