Sanlam NOT helpful
My mother died 7 months ago, and I still cannot get any help from them to resolve her estate. After she paid them diligently monthly, it seems her estate is not worth enough to be bothered with and I am getting no assistance whatsoever between the Empangeni agent where she died and had her policy and the Dbn branch which is the head office. Please advise. My number is *** if anyone can assist.
