SANLAM NOT DELIVERING ON A LOAN AGREEMENT

I did an online application for a loan, I was approved, submitted all the documents, did the call to confirm all the T’c & C’s and was told the moeny should reflect within 24-48 hours. It has now been a week since the approval, the DebiCheck was loaded to my bank account, but still no payment from them. I phoned 2-3 times a day, everytime getting a different story. On Friday I asked to get my loan cancelled but with no success! I would suggest to not use Sanlam, the worst service ever received from a credit provider!
