Sanlam not Accepting - Retrenchment of claimant

Sanlam not Accepting - Retrenchment of claimant even if it was right after opening account. I have sent letters after my claim to Sanlam explaining the details of my retrenchment and the date which was beyond my control. They have now handed me over after refusing to accept my retrenchment claim. Please help me.
