Sanlam not a secure investment

My personal details was used by a Sanlam employee to open up a new policy on top of my existing policies. Brought the matter under their attention, only received communication once and nothing after, they promised to pay back the premiums after 6 weeks and it has now been more than 4 months and nothing has been done. I want my money back, I am tired of not receiving any communication about the situation. I will have to nonw take further legal action as I can not trust this company.
