Sanlam no longer

So it's all fair and fine when you're not gambling with your own money. It's all A for away when you have funds in the bank for the festive season or when you're off for your summer vacation! I mean who cares about getting back to people except for those who desperately needs feedback. Who cares about customer service if you're not the one suffering financially. Just as long as I'm financially in a festive spirit who cares about the rest of the people I am suppose to render a service to. I mean let's just say I'll get back to you before close of business but never actually get back to you!!!! Why even copy more than 3 people at Sanlam if no one is ever planning on actually replying!!!!!! Wow I was such a huge fan of this huge organization but sadly no more. So let's spread the word NOT to EVER invest any money in Sanlam and let's see who will have a festive season in the future. Sanlam or the thousands of people no longer believing in their so called loyal service. So may you have a festive season Karen, Natasha and Bomikazi and may your Christmas tree be filled with emptiness like the people you are supposed to service.
