Sanlam my future in bad hands...going back to Old Mutual

I made an application for a partial widrawal on my tax free savings account 28 December 2017.

I will send the required documents and make a follow up and betold everything is in order....one or two days later they never received the form ...send again....two or three days later fill in the proof of signatures....i will do that two or three days later afyer confirming if they received the form in order they request another form to be sent.

im sick and tired of spending 20min on the line with Sanlam with no positive feedback....i did mark the application is urgent BUt seems like they are delaying it on purpose on the name of protecting me against *****...... yet i call them using my number and emails...
