Sanlam Municipal Gratuity Fund is the absolute worst

The Municipal gratuity fund(MGF) by Sanlam is the worst ever. It's been a whole entire year that my father waited and is currently still waiting for them to pay him his money. It's excuses after excuses and when you call to enquire it's like you are talking to people who don't even no their own job or why they are their. It's unacceptable and ridiculous how a person should beg for his own hard earned money. I was honestly not expecting this from Sanlam. I always had these high standards when it comes to them but this has shown me that they are very inconsiderate and doesn't care about their customers. They don't evens no how a power of attorney works. That says alot about such a big company. Please be advised should you find yourself in this same situation. You'll wait forever and ever. Irritated and disgusted by this company.
