Sanlam Money Saver - Not worth the wealth bonus they promise.

This is for the Sanlam Money Saver division. They advertise the wealth bonus that their clients save when using their Money Saver credit card. I opted for the 5% wealth bonus on each purchase and Sanlam will match with another 5%. My portion of my savings is deducted every month. The combined savings accumulate over the year and is supposed to be paid at the end of January. We have still not received our wealth bonuses for 2022. After numerous follow-ups with Sanlam Money Saver and RCS all feedback I get is that this problem is with Sanlam Money Saver and Easy Equities. This is my 2nd account. My bonus from my previous account is also supposed to payout but also still nothing. I paid for the 5% and I cannot even get the savings I paid for. This is really ridiculous. I regret giving Sanlam Money Saver a 2nd chance. I have stopped using my card and this account will also be closed.
