Sanlam Money Saver Dashboard / App / Website loops - cant login and no info or assistance

I am a member of Sanlam and use the Money Saver Credit Card

When I try to get the balance on the account but nowhere could I find out how to do this. I logged onto Sanlam Secure site and where they give you the option to view your account, it just takes me back to the application screen.

i have created a profile, a secure login, I have logged in to my dashboard (Which has NO INFO ON BTW)

Its a constant loop and tells me to login and then routes me back to the login page - it loops continuously - can someone just tell me what the heck my balance is _ I have tried via the app, via the web I have searched google Chatgpt and I am fed up

What is going on with this APP/Dashboard - get your dev team to resolve this - customers have 0 VISIBILITY
