Sanlam Money Saver credit card - useless!

Sanlam "Moneysaver" credit card. Possibly the worst customer service of my life.

They advertise quarterly cash-back payments on spend but have paid me zero in 6 months despite high purchasing values.

2 calls and 5 emails over the course of a month for clarification receiving "we will escalate it" and "it is with the relevant manager" responses. No one can be bothered to respond.

Suspect it is because they are run via RCS who are equally useless.
