Sanlam Money Saver Credit Card - NO APP or INTERNET BANKING

Sanlam Monet Saver has no app, no online banking or any way to make a transfer or payment to someone. I'm too scared to use the damn thing because already they **** to me and told me that if I didnt use my card before the 12/07/2023 I would only pay my first debit order on end August. I haven't used it but already there is a pending debit order on my fnb bank account. How can they check per telephone what your account details is but me myself cant have access to my own account details. How will I know if there is any ***** or faults on my account? This is not professional, I am not sure I even want this card now. I think this is pathetic for Sanlam, Standard bank for issuing the card and RCS that is partnered with this credit card.
