SANLAM- Manipulators and Dream ******s

Sanlam does not deserve a single star but I had no choice. I took an investment policy with them; was ****med and logged a complaint as it was so evident that it was an inside job and until today they never gave me a feedback on the forensic investigation they claimed to be conducting (2years ago); the money was paid not to the account that they were deducting from but instead to a newly opened account that was hardly a week; was paid in 3 days from the date of claim submission. The ID used had my details but a different face, they had a copy of my ID, why they didn't pick this one up especially the some of money was big. I never lost my ID but person at Sanlam to the copy I submitted when I opened the account, put her picture, made a copy, and her police friend Mchunu in Durban Central Police station certified it without an original. Because of this till today I cannot open an account

The LYING, UNRELIABLE, SO CALLED big SANLAM, has not just ****** me now when I surrendered the policy of the interest but they ****** me of the money I paid on this policy, I am not talking about 10 000 but way more. Ombudsman had ruled on my favour after the evidence BUT still they decide to prove how unreliable they are. Worse when I went to check how much I would get, was told a different amount, ***** and manipulators.

If one has a life cover with them especially, think about very careful because you wont even be there to fight their lies and your family will not even notice/know they are being ******. SANLAM IS JUST USING THEIR BIG NAME TO GET AHEAD IN THE EXPENSE OF THE TEARS OF PEOPLE.

ITS A PROMISE, I WILL NOT TAKE THIS ONE LIGHT. I WILL GO TO PAPERS, SOCIAL NETWORKS (I DONT HAVE ANY BUT I WILL START HAVING ONE); POLITICAL PARTIES WHO FIGHT FOR THE VICTIMS, EVEN WRITE A BOOK ABOUT YOU SANLAM IF I HAVE TOO. I HAVE PROOF AND WHAT I WILL BE SAYING IS THE TRUTH. SEE YOU IN HELL.

Worse they paid me after 3 weeks not 3 days like when it was a ****
