Sanlam making my life difficult

I am a single mother of 3 that include 3 year old twins. I have been a member of sanlam for the past 10 years paying my premiums consecutively every months. In 2018 I got shot 12bullets driving my fiancé 's car of whom by tradition, he was my fiancé as lobola was paid. Last year the same he was shot dead brutally and left me with the twins. I am still struggling to come to terms with his passing. Things hasn't been easy raising the toddlers. I made a claim to sanlam for my fiancé so that funeral arrangements can be concluded. Little did I know that when days are dark sanlam will make it more darker for me and the family. They refused to pay for the claim, frustrating me saying that I am unable to claim for him as it was not reflecting as a spouse forgetting that traditionally lobola was paid and I was his spouse traditionally. I had to outsource the money from my colleagues of which the money that I borrowed I'm still paying. But when I took on the policy for him they never mentioned anything to me regarding the legal spouse, as he was previously married but on separation with the ex-wife as the divorce was never finalized before his passing, my money was being deducted every month but when it was time to pay they failed to keep up with our agreement when I initially took the policy of paying for the funera money . I am on depression medication as we speak, it is now difficult to live as I am drowning with debt of which sanlam was supposed to pay for. To my surprise the premiums are still being paid and deducted from my pay slip and it hasn't changed since his passing it still reflects on my pasyslip. Please help.
