Sanlam makes your life difficult

The service I have recieved from Sanlam is really disappointing, the financial advisors completely ignore you and when they promise one would call you it doesn't happen.

I am trying to move funds into my pension fund but you would swear I'm committing a crime. They are doing everything possible to make the process extremely difficult for me and old mutual. They even make their internal problems the customers problem.

I might as well keep my money at Old Mutual since Sanlam does not want it.

I am really at my wits end and wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with this company. It's not worth the stress.
