Sanlam Made It Happen For Me

Well done Sanlam for (finally) resolving all the outstanding claims on my Medical Gap Cover, I know that it has been challenging from your side system-wise. I can report some good news though, recent claims lodged within the last week or two are flowing through the new system well. So before I say 'sayonara' I must once again praise the individuals with whom I have come into contact over the phone (some of them on more than one occasion) notably Prince who displayed empathy, understanding and a good knowledge of the old and new systems and most especially Kercia Charles, who at the end of the day was the one who made it happen for me.
