Sanlam loose personal information

Sanlam go where you must apply for loans Firstly the so called call centre does not know anything except that you must follow sanlam policy and proceeders Sanlam last now twice my bank statements and they do not even know where they place it and that is a supervisor that lost it From monday morning 08H00 till friday 15H15 and i have not even finish my application as sanlam call centre who must assist you and help you is still just wanna explane to you sanlam policy and proceeders You can not even speak to a manager as it is agains their policy But they lost my personal information and yes that is sanlams policy to loose your information My bank account number adress Id number everything is lost by sanlam and they will not look into it as there policy said they do not loose information Ive also did not give any concent for them to record me and the say its there policy and they do not care about my rright to decline to be recorded So hopefully someone will read this and mayby investigate it as something is happening there at sanlam that is not by law
