SANLAM LOANS - useless puppet in the hands of Direct Axis!

I have a Sanlam loan, and have been a very good client for many many years. I was retrenched earlier this year, and contacted Sanlam to make use of my loan account protection plan. It took a long time but finally it was all put into place, I managed to even speak to a consult to verify this. Upon receiving my latest quarterly statement, my balance has NOT moved in fact I am being penalized with interest heavily for an outstanding account. Needless to say trying to get them to look into it has proved pointless. So when January rolls around a year after my retrenchment I will still owe them just as much as before my retrenchment??????? What is my insurance for then????? PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT IS LINKED TO DIRECT AXIS!!!!
