Sanlam Loans - Rip people of their money.

I am very annoyed and frustrated at Sanlam Loans. I took out a loan with Sanlam loans March 2014 for R16K. I paid them R6 000.00 back since then and when I phoned them to get a settlement Feb 2015 , its as if I had paid back nothing. They said my settlement is R15 156.91. Their statement show an Insurance cost amount of(Jan 2015) R148.32 which was R 98.88 May 2014 and Service fee of (Jan 2015) R171 which was R114.00, BUT DOES NOT SHOW HOW MUCH INTEREST YOU PAID MONTHLY. Utterly ridiculous. They rip people of their money, the banks (Except African Bank- They do the same thing) are a better way to go. Sanlam is a part of Direct Axis and all of them that are part of Direct Axis will rip you off.
