Sanlam loans not following through

I recently app**** for a loan with Sanlam and it was approved. Consultant was excellent and the process was smooth. I accepted all the terms over the phone, accepted the debicheck through my banking app, accepted the life insurance on the loan and did all the necessary. Sent all my documents and they were verified etc. Consultant advised it would be paid to me within 24hrs. After not receiving it, i called them back and the consultant i got seemed confused. She asked me to send all my docs again to *** which i duly did, although i dont understand it as the loan was already accepted and contract concluded. Is this another loan? Very confused. I tried calling again and the line cut when i was transferred. Im not winning and just would like to know when the loan will be paid out. Many thanks
