Sanlam Loans blocking debt clearance due to system migration and dead phones

I fully paid off and settled my Sanlam Personal Loan years ago. We are now down to the very last step to get my Form 19 Clearance Certificate to finalize my debt review removal, but Sanlam is completely blocking my financial freedom.Your front-line agents claim they cannot access my historical loan data or issue my Paid-Up Letter because of an internal system migration you did this year. To make matters worse, your official customer care phone lines are completely dead and not answering. This is a direct breach of the National Credit Act.I paid my debt years ago and all my other creditors have issued their confirmation letters. Sanlam is the only company holding me up over your own internal IT system errors. I need an executive manager from the escalations or legal team to pull my archived record manually and email my Paid-Up / Settlement Letter to me immediately. Please contact me urgently via the private portal so I can provide my ID number securely.

Thank you for the response. I have already provided my full ID number in the additional information box when I submitted the review. Please ensure the escalated loans team looks at that private data, pulls my archive file, and calls or emails me urgently on the contact details linked to this HelloPeter profile. My debt counsellor is standing by to issue my Form 19.

Thank you. Please ensure this goes to a Senior Executive Manager in the loans department, not the standard front line call centre. Your front line agents already told me they cannot see the profile due to the system migration. Under the National Credit Act, Sanlam is legally required to pull this historical data from your legacy archives or offline servers to issue my Paid-Up Letter. My debt counsellor is waiting on this to submit my Form 19 to the NCR. Please do not pass me back to agents who do not have archive access.
