Sanlam Loan Settlement
I’m so disappointed by the service I received from Sanlam personal loans. I settled my loan on the 29th May and on the 20th June my account was debited. I then called on the 21 June to be refunded the premium as settlement was done previous month I was told to wait 5-10 days. Today I followed up again I’m still being told I need to wait 5-10 days. Very disappointed everything gets resolved in 5-10 days I will even get my next salary while waiting for the refund.
