SANLAM LOAN APPROVED AND CONTRACT SIGNED - NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON

I have app**** for a personal loan through Sanlam. They requested more docs. I have sent the docs. Loan was approved. Contract was signed. Received a message funds will be paid out. Nothing happened after that. I then followed up, phoned 3 times each consultant giving me different feedback. Stating the loan has not been approved - I said I signed the contract already and then they said they do not know what is going on. This is beyond me... I have not received such poor service in my life. No one know what is going on at sanlam... And no person you can contact that can tell you what is going on.
