Sanlam life tax free withdrawal nightmare
It has been 21 working days since I put in a tax free withdrawal claim and I still don't have my money. I called Sanlam Life to enquire on March 30th, and I was told it was a delay due to their backlog and they will deposit funds to my account the next day, the 31st. Today is the 9th of April I still don't have my funds and I have been on hold for more than 40mins on their client support line.
