Sanlam life insurance LTD
I do hope you could assist me as I experience major problem with SARS and payout from Sanlam.<br> Policy ***1X1, I have received a payout of R6648.28 on the policy for PB Buys (my late husband)<br> But as I submitted my tax return in November 2015 a IRPDP02 document was on my profile. I had to pay the amount of R22 000 to SARS or else they did not accept my return. I need to know where this comes from as I did not receive the amount of R236 499.00 from Sanlam. I presume it was also in the name of PB Buys (ID ***). Also I need to know why it was only now that it shows on my profile as he passed away in 2010. Could you please investigate into this matter to get it resolved. This is a matter of urgency. Still no answer from Sanlam.Elsa E Buys, [Email Removed]
