Sanlam life insurance is the worst of my experiences
Worse nightmare. People should never consider education policies with Sanlam... The master of high court does not have jurisdiction over those account and Sanlam does not care about the future of your children. They allow cession to change without even checking... Be very weary...

I'll send my details, however I've already explored the option of laying a formal complaint more than once.
Ombudsman cannot resolve for some technical issues based on the interval of the complain...
But fact of the matter is someone got money from you who it wasn't meant for and yet there isn't even an explanation as to how it was even allowed.
It is really alarming that such things can happen, our kids are not protected or prioritized after we pass on. The purpose of saving for our kids is defeated.
