Sanlam Legacy Beneficiary fund disappoints, yet again.

Very disappointed with then service I got from The Legacy Beneficiary fund department of Sanlam. I have submitted a claim for my child's school fees more than 2 weeks ago, I have not received a response or an update on the progress of the request. I has since sent numerous emails but no one has bothered to respond. After many days of calling the number provided on their website ***, I have had not assistance. My child's school has phoned me because , it is February and the fund has not paid the school. I had the same problem last year after numerous attempts to get hold of someone to help me, the fund only paid the school in March 2021, I had to get a loan in the mean time for my son to be able to continue with school. Spoke Tsholofelo this morning, she tried to get me through to someone at the department, and she could not get hold of anyone. After checking on the status of my request, only then do I hear that there has been no progress, the request has not even been assigned to anyone to process. The fund is supposed to assist the child with his needs as especially with his education. My son's father took out this policy to make sure that his son is taken care of when he is deceased. Why do I have to beg and grovel every year for Sanlam to release the fees to the school. I need to know if my child should stay at home for the till Sanlam decides to pay the school?
