Please do not use Cassie Pretorius from Sanlam Klerksdorp for assistance with Estates. My mother passed away on 30/1/2020. I went to Sanlam offices and mr Pretorius said that he can help us with my moms estate, i sent the forms to him, as i stay in Centurion, i had to do correspondence via technology, till date, i have not heard a word from him to inform me how things are progressing with the estate, when i phoned sanlam Bellville today, the lady said to me, that they have not even received my moms death certificate yet, nearly 9 months later, i have shamed him here a few weeks ago and geuss what, no reply from mr Pretorius, it puts Sanlam in a bad spot nr 1 and nr 2 he is taking people for fools thats just lost a loved one.

Thanks but ill also find out who his manager is, to have lost my dag 23 years ago, having a down syndrome brother and losing my mom, this is the last thing to worry about
