Sanlam isnt bothered!!!!
After complaining on here my withdrawel papers were recieved after almost 5 weeks after requesting it.
Now its been over a week since i have signed and emailed it back.
Sanlam knows i need my early retirement for medical costs yet i get NO RESPONSE when i email them for an update?
I was told by the call center agent it will be 10 work days. Which is in 2 days. No reply on email or on the whatsapp nr i have.
