Sanlam is usless and like witholding people's

Sanlam is the worst financia services provider. I have enquired about my two pot application an payout since i left my previous employer due to retrenchment.

To date I am unable to access my funds since their system send me an automated response as folloes: "Emergency Savings Withdrawal not allowed You don't have enough funds available in your emergency savings pot to make a savings withdrawal." Theminimum amount to be withdrawn is R2000.00 and based on the balance that I have on the eenrgency savings pot it is more than the required amount.
