Sanlam is unreliable and most people will know what type and what kind of business they are running

Sanlam is very unreliable at all,now it's happening to my colleague. She claimed for her son on Monday and was told to wait for the claim to be paid,yesterday she was told to send the BI1663 form and she sent it now they're telling her stories that the claim will be assessed and she must wait for 5 working days yet they're leaving for EC this afternoon.
