Sanlam is the worst insurance they will ***** your money.
Worst service with regards to death claims, Even if you pay extra into the life insurance you still get told they wont pay. They literally ***** from you - imagine all those years and months a start up child pays their parents insurance only to be grieving and told "No we are not paying" and the reason behind it - is one month of not paying then they "reinstate" so apparently this company lapses the policy after not been able to pay one month whereas other companies give you 3 months - this company has no respect for their clientele. And its not even the brokers fault its literally higher management death claims department trying to ***** their way out of it. I mean first of all you call for their robot call to speak in Afrikaans a language that is not even universal at all and these white managers show no remorse in telling you they wont be paying your insurance - where I could have paid an investment i got this for my parents. The most ridiculous pathetic company anyone could come across. I mean I double paid this account several times and they never ever call to thank you nor call to inform you if there are payment issues. This company makes no apology for their lies even to a grieving family. They don't even reply on time. Its sad that brokers try their best to fight for their clients to be paid out when these people literally just ignore and not pay for simple reasons. Worst insurance company EVER!!!!! I missed one payment in july and double paid twice after - My dad literally got sick in October and died at the end of October - the insurance was a conversion insurance but please do not believe this conversion bull**** they throw at you. this company still wont pay. I will forever speak negative of this company.
