Sanlam is the worst!!

I have Sanlam income and overhead protector. I put in a claim on the 5th of July 2024 and attached all the documents they've required. To date, this matter is not closed. I constantly have to call to get any form of feedback, and worse still they keep extending dates to respond to me without informing me at all. Each time i call, it is either sitting with the medical team, underwriters, or contract validation and then back and forth between the underwriters and contract validation. They have been delaying for 6 MONTHS now!!! This has been my WORST insurance experience EVER!!!
