Sanlam is the worst

Don't ever make the mistake of leaving money with sanlam. Your family will struggle , they will lie and tell you stories and give you time frames that frustrate you. Since March 2026 I've been going back and forth with Sanlam to pay the estate , as they are the ones who **** and said they don't have anything of my mother's. It's month 3 now waiting for Sanlam to pay out the money and the administrator doesn't communicate anything , after I've complained no one has even bothered to explain how far this this.
