Sanlam is the worse investment and insurance company ever

I would not even give them one star but unfortunately we cant review with nil stars

Sanlam is the worse investment company ever. Not only do they suck with Severe illness benefit payouts but it takes them ages to pay out Umbrella Provident funds. The WhatsApp system is useless. The consultant attending to you can take 5min to stay in chat and then gives you a ****ty answer and then just leaves the conversation which leaves you right at where u started. U do not have any joy from your broker or consultant as they to just wait on Sanlam to give another excuse not to pay out. I have followed up on my withdrawal and all was in order, now apparently not any more. Employer submitted claim as per their instruction and now they decline with reason member app****. Bull ****!!!!
