Sanlam is the pits
I have been calling Sanlam since the beginning of the year and I have never been helped. The agents keep telling me they are escalating but there is never positive feedback. I don't know what more to do for my retirement claim/transfer to be finalized. AF sent then an ROT a long time ago but they are still delaying. I'm giving them one star because I do not have any other option. Their service is horrible!!!!!!
