Sanlam is the ghetto

My Grandmother took out insurance with Sanlam when she was 35 years old and the pay out was R5000.00 with a monthly premium of R75.00.

She's turning 80 this year and has been paying every month without fail. However the pay out is still at R5000.00 and has never received any sort cash back or increment in the pay out.

I know insurance is a **** but Sanlam is disrespectful. At this point they're taking advantage of my grandmother because she can't read or write and when we as her kids call to enquire they tell us to get a written permission from her. How sway??? She can't write and can barely see.

I'm really sick of you people.
