Sanlam is the biggest ***** . Sanlam de*****ed me
Salam de*****ed me. Salam did me dirty. I trusted the biggest ******. I selected for my retirement funds to bepreserved. 100% of funds should be preserved but they chose to against my will and withdrew the funds. The worst thing is they used the 2 pots system to withdraw my money. I didn't even provide them with the details to withdraw but they still went ahead with this nonsense. Before the withdrawal was even complete I sent them numerous emails notify them that I did not go for withdrawal option but they ignored me. I was charged heavy Tax and that is the money I lost because of their incompetence. You actually ruined my life because the tax thing will affect me in the long run. When I do my tax return filling I'm will have to ran around because of Salam chose be *****. I want this thing fixed. I want my money to be the way it was. I was wrong to think I could trust you. When it comes to someone else’s tax profile, you can't just do as you please. I'm paying more than enough tax why would I go for 2 pot for my money to be taxed again.

They are not different standard bank They *****ulently filled in the banking details for me without my consent and withdrew my funds using the 2 pots system. They have proof of account which I did not send to them. Me and the HR have proof of what was sent to Salam. That is not my handwriting nor the HR's. Having access to our sensitive information doesn't give a right to use it for *****. Where did you get the information that I did not provide to you? You have no shame, instead of accounting for the mess you created you send me *****ulent documents as if its me who filled it in. When I was sending you emails you ignored me. I made several calls nobody picked up.

You even pulled old documents to support this ***** of yours. Documents which are no longer valid and I no longer use. The reason why you have old documents it's because I didn't provide you with recent ones. Was it that difficult for you to preserve 100% of my funds as per the original form sent to you instead of putting me through this mess? I want my money the way it was and the tax thing sorted out

10 Apr 2026, 21:37In South Africa you can take up to 550 000 tax free from your pension when you retire. You chose to use portion of that on my behalf *****ulently. This is my children's future that you are *****ing from. I'm certain there is plenty of us that have *****ulently stole from and forged their documents. You have the same colours as standard bank, I guess this what your good at, *****ing. Such a big company have the audacity to lie to protect yourself
