SANLAM IS TERRIBLE

Sanlam is such a disappointment and they offer TERRIBLE service. We are going through my late mother-in-law's payslip,so many deductions from Sanlam Sky policies hence till this day not one policy has been paid not even the funeral plan. It's either it lapsed or they are busy doing investigations that they never update you about. They've been giving my husband and I the run around for more than 2 years. Giving different nonsensical explanations. Too quick to deduct premiums but drag their feet when they have to pay. You were so nice to her when she was alive but now that she's no more you can't fulfill anything your promised her.
