Sanlam Is ****, Please pay back my refund

Sanlam opened a *****ulent policy for me and they are making excuses on why they are not paying my money. I wrote an affidavit then I never took out the policy and I want my money back. I could never take a policy with Sanlam I have enough policies. I just want my money back. I am poor they are taking my last money
