Sanlam is Pathetic!!!
I have been awaiting my pension for over 2 months and when I communicate with the call centre or try email they never respond . Sanlam keeps stating my previous employer didn’t send documents and my previous employer says they did. I personally sent them all the relevant paperwork. I keep being pushed from pillar to post, this is unacceptable and want my monies. The call centre is beyond pathetic as they take over an hour to answer theirs phones and don’t know what is going on.
The service from Sanlam is pathetic, I posted a complaint on the 10th and they are yet to revert back to me.
Seems to me like Sanlam doesn’t want to pay people their money.
