Sanlam is pathetic

I am so appalled by Sanlam. I am a 21 year old that has a policy with Sanlam that had to be paid. But to no avail. I have used so much airtime to contact Sanlam but every time I get give another number. I am supposed to be helped by Sanlam trust but no one can help me. So in the meantime I am not getting my money and no one is able to help me. I never knew I would struggle like this.
