Sanlam is pathetic !!!

Very disgusted with sanlam, you ask them question regarding the process of a claim that was submitted they give u half information, they requested me to fill in documents and then hears nothing from them. Its not like i am not a heir in my late fathers estate and all the service at Sanlam is just pathetic, then again looking at all the complaints just shows u ...... one agent told me that it was send to the board of trustees when called again said that they will get the person dealing with the file to call me but to date.....nothing
