Sanlam is not worth your time or money

Horrible service received. Wanted to take out an additional loan (settle current loan and take-out additional loan). What a complete and utter ****-show. I app**** on 13 December, submitted required documents, etc. Received a call from Sanlam giving info with regard to settlement amount, etc. Confirmed that I just wanted to look at my finances, taking into account information given by agent. Requested a call back within 15 minutes. Till today, 20 December, no feedback, and this after I contacted Sanlam, was told by the agent she is not working on my application she can't assist, getting SMSs stating loan has been approved, then the following day, getting SMS saying it was declined, then getting SMS stating to continue with process, etc. I will not recommend Sanlam ever again to any person I know. And I still don't know whether my loan has been approved or not. Sanlam lived up to it's reputation, the worst.
