Sanlam is cruel and heartless

Sanlam ignoring the request for a refund after their financial planner tool all my dad's retirement to buy life annuity without him getting even a simple portion of it to live by, sanlam is cruel and selfish, heartless and dont care about their clints. Someone suffered since last year November 20221 till now no money is paid.
